Unfortunately its not as easy as the RSS feed, so you need to do a bit of work:

If you haven´t done so, you need to log in first, then go here, then cut and paste the top two old news items one cell down each, so that you can finally add your item into the top cell. I hope its as easy as it sounds to me...
