Metal maker AI will turn off metal makers when your energy is at <=30% of its storage capacity, and turn then back on when it reaches 70%.
This way your economy doesnt stall on energy because of the metal maker using large ammounts of your production capacity, and, superfluous energy gets transformed to metal, preventing energy "bleed", or "leak".
(you still will bleed if mm(energy usage)<((Energy production)-(normal energy usage without mm)).
